Most couples don’t realize that there are as many sixty (60) details to keep track of and up to fifteen (15) outside service contracts to be negotiated leaving you very little time to relax and enjoy the most important day of your life.
BAP will take the work out of your wedding. You can have just consultation services or complete wedding planning and management. BAP’s staff will be as involved as you need us to be. Your wedding will be uniquely yours. Below you will find what services we provide.
Consultation $100
A one-time consultation to go over the strategies of giving life to your dream wedding. Ideal for couple's not wanting a full wedding planner service but a one-time meeting (2 hours) to look over their plans. Useful in starting your wedding planning or gluing together your wedding plans 1 to 2 months prior to the big day. *Recommended vendor*s list with helpful planning/coordination folder included.
On-site coordination for ceremony and reception (day of service) $1,250.00
A coordinator to oversee the direction of your wedding ceremony and reception. All planned information and vendor contracts will be given over to the coordinator and timeline of day, program for the ceremony and reception, delegation of duties for vendors will be finalized. The coordinator will be at the wedding rehearsal, and arrive up to three hours prior to the ceremony and be at the ceremony and the reception for up to 12 hours. The coordinator will be arriving up to three hours prior to the reception and be at the reception. . Coordination starts one to two months prior to the wedding - communication via phone and emails and with a total of six(6) meetings to set up coordination.
Wedding planning service & on-site coordination for ceremony and reception (day of service) $ 2,500.00
A planner to oversee the production of your wedding ceremony and reception. The planner will work with the couple in planning their wedding from any point in the planning phase. From the day you get engaged or when you start stressing out over choosing vendors, making a timeline, or whenever. It*s never too late or too early to get help. We may assist in theme concept, budgeting, vendor (recommendations/meetings/contracts/contacts), recommendations and design of decorations, invitations, music, mc*s, transportation, rehearsal dinners, tuxedos, hair and makeup, brides and bridesmaids gowns, rings, flowers, programs, timelines, accommodations, travel, tours, etc* Planning service is best started at 9 to 12 months prior to the wedding. (we have and can plan in as little as 3 weeks)! This comes with approximately 25 hours of service used for meetings with vendors and consultation with planner * communication via phone and emails for up to 18 months included plus additional on-site rehearsal, ceremony and reception coordination service.
